An Adventure on all levels

During our 5 days together, we will go on a discovery that will open your heart and ignite your soul. Whether it’s a meditative chanting circle, adventures of the mind soul off the mat, a connection to an insight into body chemistry numbers, you will get to witness the deepest parts of your soul connecting with divine energy, restoring balance to your body and mind and inspiring intentional living once you leave the retreat to return home.

You will wish the day never to end so to finish it will be a relaxing restorative or yin class, energy healing, and a healthy, nourishing group dinner.
All you need to bring is Your Love of Bali, yourself and the passion for your new life going forward.

 
 

itinerary

Day 1: LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. WHERE YOU are NOW!

10am - 2pm: Arrive at Villa Gaia, Ubud, check-in, get settled, begin with a complimentary juice and relax by the pool. BRACE Begin your first Body Chemistry Analysis, yoga and energy work begins.
5pm - 7pm: Welcome and sharing circle, breathwork, & meditation
7pm: Group Dinner

Day 2: THERE’S NO TURNING BACK

7am - 8am: YOGA. Morning breathwork, meditation & practice
10am: Juice snack. And brunch. MORE human downloads.
12pm - 3pm: Mix of Free time- your complimentary massage at the GAIA, lounge by the pool, walk to Ubud city centre, have lunch at Villa GAIA. Phillip and Rebecca will be available to continue the lessons and learning.
3pm - 5pm: BODY CHEMISTRY TESTING and Education to self manage body chemistry. And further insights into causes in imbalances of physical, mental and emotional dis- eases.
5pm - 6pm: Meditation + Restorative practice with Reiki healing energy
6pm - 7pm: Group dinner. DISCUSSIONS on ALL things wellness.
SLEEP Well, or at least TRY to sleep with so much new energy…

Day 3: SAME but DIFFERENT… GO by the NUMBERS!

7am - 8am: Awakening the Chakra. A Master Class with yoga practice
9.30am: Onwards Brunch. EAT according to your body chemistry. Learn how foods moves your thoughts emotions and behaviour. We did say BRACE….
10am - 4.30pm: URINE and SALIVA Analysis. Watch your body move, in numbers and in action. HEALTH by the Numbers. Incudes a LIVE CROSS to a special guest. A PERSONAL Purification ceremony.
5pm: Sharing activity + Chakras balancing yin practice
7pm: Dinner. Share Stories. WHAT FOR, WHY ME and WHY NOT.

Day 4: TODAY, ALL YOU NEED IS LOVE
Let’s go behind the scenes discovering inside secrets of you and the path to SELF LOVE

7am - 9am: Breath, Bhakti Vinyasa flow
10am - 12pm: Brunch
12pm - 4pm: Group learning session on your biochemistry: Its all body chemistry and how to take what you’ve learnt and share it at home. A little Free time - maybe, to walk to Ubud city centre, read by the pool, lessons at GAIA.
2pm - 4pm: Breath, stretch, see what the body needs. HEALTH by your NUMBERS live DEMO. Personal insights and building the takeaway information to continue the wellness plan
6.30pm: Dinner and MAYBE some farewells around a fire.

Day 5: ENTERING THE OTHER SIDE, far away from here

7am: Rebecca to MOVE YOU with the light, sound and breath.
9am: TRUST THE NUMBERS and more to take home SESSION
12pm: HIGH LUNCH. (Secret destination) Time to BE free, together.
2pm - 4pm: Manifestation workshop + Mind-Body Liberating Yin Practice. TIME TO WRAP UP….. ALL WE NOW KNOW.
